Written Prescription Changes

Dear Clients,

Following the recent tightening in prescribing regulations from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, we have been auditing our written prescription protocols, with a view to increasing safety for our patients.

In line with this, we have decided to ensure all written prescriptions are sent directly to your chosen pharmacy, instead of being given to clients.

From now on, we request that when ordering medication from an online pharmacy you note down your order number and pass it on to us. We will then add this information to your pet’s written prescription and forward it to your chosen pharmacy, so they can dispense.

We thank you for your help in ensuring the safety and security of prescribing.
