Will my pet be individually cremated?
Yes, your pet will be individually cremated with dignity. Ashes will be returned in a scatter tube as standard but should you wish to have your ashes returned in a casket or urn, there is a wide selection to choose from.
When individual cremation is requested, you are 100% guaranteed to get your own pet's ashes returned to you. You will receive an individual certificate of cremation.
Can I witness the cremation?
You and your family are more than welcome to attend and witness the cremation, via CCTV in the comfort of the farewell room.
How do I receive my ashes back?
All ashes are returned in a scatter tube as standard, however should you wish, we can provide one of our hand picked caskets. Please feel free to discuss this with us, either here at Wangford Vets or with the people at Rainbow Bridge. We always aim to meet with any specific requirements.
How long will it take to get my pet back?
Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremations aim to return all pets back to us within 5 days, if you'd prefer you can wait in comfort at their premises and take your ashes away with you.
