Our collection service is available from Wangford Veterinary Clinic, Pound Corner, Wangford, Beccles, Suffolk NR34 8RS.
Please allow two working days for your order to be processed and ready for collection.
Our Practice is open from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8.30 am to 12 noon on Saturday for collection of your order.
Product sections labelled (1-3 days ) or (up to 14 days) etc will take longer to become available, and we will email you once we have an availability date.
An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent to you. If our supplier is temporarily out of stock of your item, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise when the product is likely to be available.
We will contact you as soon as your product(s) are ready for you to collect.
You should inform us within 7 days of collection/delivery if the goods are damaged, incorrect or faulty in any way. You have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund by informing us up to 7 days after receipt of the goods. The right to cancel does not apply to goods whose packaging has been breached by you, unless the goods are faulty. You will be responsible for returning items to the practice in order to receive a full refund.

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described.
Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. If the price of the goods increases between the date we accept your order and the delivery date, we will let you know and ask you to confirm by e-mail that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable, then you will of course have the right to cancel your order.
If any ordered and paid item is no longer available, then an equivalent substitute will be offered. If the substitute is declined by the customer then a full refund will be made. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
We will charge your account for payment upon receipt of your order. We accept no liability if your order is delayed because of incorrect payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the order. This does not affect any other rights you may have.
At present, we do not provide a home delivery or postal service for shop goods, however this is a possibility for the future.
Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of collection. You will only own the goods once they have been collected and when we have received cleared payment in full. Goods supplied are not for resale.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to return your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). Please return the unopened item with receipt to the surgery for a full refund.
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These disclaimers and exclusions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
Wangford Veterinary Clinic place a high priority on your privacy and will only use information collected from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will use that information only to process your order and provide you with the best possible service.
As part of our ongoing service, we may contact you by e-mail or telephone to ensure that you are completely satisfied with both your purchase and our service. For your order to be processed, your address and telephone number will need to be stored in our database.
This information will be held by us securely in accordance with current legal requirements and consists of your name, address, telephone number and email address. Your credit card details are not stored with us and are not accessible by us..
Customers are required to pay in full prior to delivery. Payment is made through our Stripe account, which will accept most leading credit cards. On confirmation of your order, you will receive an email from us and from Stripe.
