Due to our continued growth, we are looking for two self-motivated individuals to join our fast-paced reception/customer care team. This role would ideally suit someone who can work under pressure, stay calm and above all provide great customer service both on the phone and face to face.
The positions are being offered as full or part time (2, 3 or 4 days a week plus one Saturday morning in five). Holiday cover for the team is also required.
Previous experience in a customer service role would be beneficial but not essential as we are looking for the right person to complete our already amazing team.
We are also offering membership to the BVRA which enables career progression by up-skilling through training and certification.
These roles will be split between front of house on reception and office-based covering calls and administration.

Basic Job Description
Reception – Our busy practice has three vets consulting each day from 08:30am until 18:30pm, alongside nurse consultations and scheduled operations. The reception is often a busy area. Your key role is to ensure the smooth running of admissions, consultations and booking appointments within the Practice and over the phone. Full training will be given on the Robovet software. It would be advantageous to have experience in Outlook and Word as well as other Microsoft softwares. The role also requires assisting the vets with dispensing the correct medication. An eye for detail and accuracy is needed, however, full training will be given on this.
Admin - The admin role will be part of the position and will be office based in the Practice. The key task is to take the majority of the telephone calls to ease pressure on our reception team to make bookings and deal with queries. Registration of new clients along with office admin duties working with our Admin Manager and Customer Care Manager
