“I love my pet” – Poster competition

Calling all those young artists out there ... it’s time to get creative! 

At Wangford Vets we are celebrating pets and how much we love them, all of them, of all shapes and sizes, dogs, cats, rabbits, in fact any animal that is a pet. 

We would like you to send us your drawings, paintings and collages with the wording “I love my Pet”

Categories: Under 6 years, 6 - 10 years and 11- 15 years

Entries need to include (on a separate piece of paper) the child’s name, age, home address, parents name, parents phone number.

Post or deliver your entries to : Wangford Veterinary Clinic, Pound Corner, Wangford, Beccles, Suffolk, NR34 8RS

The deadline is Monday, June 24th 2019. Entries must be posted or dropped in to Wangford Veterinary Clinic by this date

Competition Rules:

*Contest is open to children up to 15 years old only

*Posters must be on A4 or A3 size unlined paper.

*Any medium is acceptable (Drawings, paintings and collages)

*Children are encouraged to fill the page with artwork.

*Posters will be judged on appearance and demonstration of the theme.

*To demonstrate the theme, the words “ I love my pet” must be included on your poster.

*All posters must have the correct spelling, however adults may help with that if needed but should not contribute to the artwork.

*A first place winner will be chosen from each age group. 

1st Prize:

Under 6's Art equipment, a family ticket for a day out for Africa Alive  and goodies for your pet. 

6-10's & 11 - 15's - will receive a drawing class with Artist Marney Merrett, a family ticket for a day out at Africa Alive and goodies for your pet. 

Runner's up: will each receive treats for their pet. 

All Winners will be notified by June 30th 2019
